This musical baby started to develop between me and my lovely producer friend Rafro a few years back. At the time I was rediscovering my passion for songwriting. ( I stopped writing for a few years because my confidence was shit and to be honest, fear, and laziness played a big role as well).

Looking back at the lyrics all the memories of that time came back, I was in a dark place with people I loved, I was trying to do anything I could to not focus on things I needed to heal. In this song, I feel I was becoming more aware of it.
